Refund Policy

At The Little Phonics Club, we understand that family schedules can change. To ensure fairness and help us plan effectively, we kindly ask that any cancellations are made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice:

You will receive a full refund or credit for a future session.

 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits, as preparation, materials, and staffing will already have been arranged.

 

Illness & emergencies:

We appreciate that some situations are unavoidable. Please do get in touch - we’ll always do our best to be understanding and supportive where we can.

 

If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please contact us as soon as possible via email, call or text.
