Refund Policy

All sessions at The Little Phonics Club are paid in advance. Please note that we do not offer refunds, as sessions are planned with staffing and materials prepared in advance.

• Cancellations or non-attendance: Refunds are not available, but we encourage you to email missaliciaphonics@gmail.com if your child cannot attend.

• Illness & emergencies: We understand that unexpected situations happen. While we cannot issue refunds, we’re happy to discuss options for rearranging sessions where possible.

How to notify us:

• Please contact us promptly via email if your child will miss a session.
